This type of metal nets are used for filtering, washing and thickening of fibrous and other materials on drum vacuum plants, as well as forming wire on vacuum - forming cylinders of circular paper and board machines.
Wire woven metal single meshes (TU 3651 - 040 - 00279597 - 2014) are designed for the pulp and paper, coal, oil and gas, chemical industries, in the production of building materials, in geology and environmental protection.
In the production of this type of mesh, stainless steel wire of a high - alloy corrosion - resistant steel grade of 12X18H10T (9T), 10X17H 13M2T (3T), 03X17H14M3, 08X18H10, 12X18H9, 03X18H10T, 03X18H11 according to GOST 5632 or analogues of these brands according to international standards is used.
The maximum mesh width is 7500 mm.
The maximum mesh length is 40,000 mm.
Meshes are made of stitched and non - stitched fabric.
To connect single meshes into an endless web, gas - soldered straight and diagonal seams are used.
